Privacy, Terms & Security
How Saving Private Money and the subscriber portal protect your privacy, govern access, and set clear terms for free tools, Command Center, and Enterprise Control Hub.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This page applies to savingprivatemoney.com (the public main site), portal.savingprivatemoney.com (subscriber Command Center), and Enterprise Control Hub services operated by J. Cameron & Associates.
We design for a privacy-first experience: you can explore free calculators without creating an account; paid features that store or export your work require authenticated access and an active subscription where applicable.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may process:
- Account details — such as name and email — when you register, subscribe, or contact us.
- Calculation and workshop inputs — financial or operational figures you enter. On the free main site these are typically session-only unless you choose a gated save/export path. On the portal, saved work and official exports are tied to your authenticated account.
- Usage and security signals — limited technical logs needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents (for example approximate region or session metadata). We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
- Business enquiry information — details you voluntarily submit via contact, booking, or services forms.
- Enterprise organisation data — for Enterprise Control Hub tenants: organisation profile, seat membership (up to 50 seats per organisation), subsidiary/perimeter settings, and governance records you create inside the hub (for example forms, signed documents, minute-book index entries, and operational ledgers). This remains under your organisation’s control subject to this policy and your subscription agreement.
How we use information
We use information only to:
- provide and improve calculators, Command Center tools, and Enterprise Control Hub;
- authenticate users and enforce subscription or seat entitlements;
- deliver service messages you request (for example booking confirmations or account notices);
- protect the integrity of the platform (fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access prevention);
- meet legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use calculator inputs to train public marketing models without a clear, separate lawful basis and notice.
Free main site vs portal exports
Public calculators on the main site are offered as an unofficial preview. Clean print, PDF, CSV, and saved official packages are reserved for authenticated subscribers via the portal Command Center. Preview outputs may be watermarked or otherwise marked so they are not treated as certified subscriber artefacts.
Your rights
Where UK GDPR / UK data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, restriction, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. For account-held calculations and vault items, self-service deletion or revocation options in the portal (where available) take effect according to the product controls shown in your dashboard.
To exercise rights or raise a privacy question, contact us through the channels published on the main site. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.
Data retention
We retain account and enterprise records for as long as your subscription or organisation membership remains active and thereafter only as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes, then delete or irreversibly anonymise where practicable.
International users
Our services are operated with a UK-focused privacy posture. If you access the services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in jurisdictions that support delivery of the service under appropriate safeguards.
Security
We apply layered organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of subscriber and enterprise data. Without publishing an attack surface map, our controls include in principle:
- Encryption in transit for public connections to the main site and portal.
- Access control — authenticated sessions for Command Center and Enterprise Control Hub; role- and seat-based permissions within an organisation (viewer / operator / master patterns where configured).
- Tenant isolation for Enterprise Control Hub so one organisation’s records are not exposed to another.
- Least-privilege administration and monitoring of privileged actions.
- Integrity practices for executed governance artefacts (for example cryptographic seals and append-only minute-book index entries where those features are used).
- Export and privilege gating so official downloads and prints require an active entitlement on the portal.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and any data you choose to share externally.
We do not publish detailed infrastructure, vendor, or tooling inventories on this page, as that information can assist malicious actors. Security enquiries from legitimate customers may be handled under a separate confidential process.
Enterprise Control Hub
Enterprise Control Hub is available to qualifying enterprise subscribers on the portal. Key points:
- Capacity of up to 50 seats per enterprise organisation.
- Designed for multi-user governance: workshops, business forms, native document signing, digital minute book / corporate resolutions, operational tools, and related ledgers — according to your active plan.
- Organisation masters control seat invitations and access; members must use the hub only for lawful business purposes authorised by their organisation.
- Enterprise records (including signed documents and minute-book index entries marked immutable) must not be tampered with; attempting to alter sealed records is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Enterprise features remain operational and documentary in nature. They are not a bank, payment institution, or e-money service. Passive invoice or ledger text records (where offered) do not move customer funds through the application.
Terms of Service
By using the main site, portal, or Enterprise Control Hub, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to circumvent subscription, seat, or export controls;
- probe, scan, or attack the service except under a written authorisation from us;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- misrepresent official portal exports as having been issued by a third party, or strip required notices from preview materials in a deceptive way;
- share login credentials outside your authorised seat allocation.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or risk to other customers.
Subscriptions and seats
Paid Command Center and Enterprise Control Hub access is subject to the plan you purchase (including seat limits). Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout and account terms presented at purchase. Enterprise seat capacity is capped at 50 unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

User responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for decisions you make using our tools.
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for actions taken under your seats.
- Organisation masters are responsible for lawful use of Enterprise Control Hub by their seats.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Private Money and J. Cameron & Associates shall not be liable for financial losses, investment outcomes, business decisions, or third-party reliance on calculators, exports, minute-book artefacts, or shared links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
